Return Policy

We hope you’ll love your Ellen's Cosmetics order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.

This excludes the following;
- sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

You can either return your items to our store or send back to us at the address found below.

Return to store

Returning all or part of your order to store is easy; all you need to do is bring the following;
• Dispatch note/ order invoice (emailed to you when first ordering)
• The payment card used to place the order (if payment was made with PayPal then bring the payment card attached to the PayPal account)

Return by post

You can also easily return all or part of your order by post for free, just follow these instructions;

- Safely and securely package your products along with a copy of the original invoice.

- Please detail the products, quantity returning and the reason.

- Post your parcel from your local Post Office.

Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.
